Shipping policy

I now offer shipping within Canada, as well as local delivery and local pickup! Available options depend on the products in your order and your address.

During checkout, choose shipping, local delivery (if available for your address), or pickup. See below for more on each option.

Shipping

Shipping is available within Canada's provinces only. I do not currently ship to Nunavut, the Northwest Territories, Yukon, or addresses outside Canada.

• British Columbia: $15.00 CAD flat-rate shipping.
• Rest of Canada (excluding Nunavut, the Northwest Territories and Yukon): $20.00 CAD flat-rate shipping.
• Free shipping on eligible orders of $150.00 CAD or more before tax, after any discounts, to the destinations listed above.

Some products (e.g. sets in gift boxes) are available for local delivery and local pickup only and cannot be shipped due to risk of damage. The available delivery options for your order will automatically be shown at checkout.

Once your shipment has been handed over to the carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier. To the extent permitted by applicable law, loveitlocal.ca is not responsible for carrier delays or loss or damage occurring after handoff. If your shipment is delayed, lost or damaged, please contact me so I can help you follow up with the carrier. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Local Delivery

Delivery is a flat-fee of $5.00 CAD or free with an order over $75.00 CAD.

The local delivery area includes:

📍 City of Surrey;
📍 City of White Rock;
📍 City of Langley; and
📍 Most of the Township of Langley.

To qualify for local delivery, you must enter a postal code that begins with V4A, V4N, V4P, V3R, V3S, V3T, V3V, V3W, V3X, V3Z, V4B, V3A, V2Y, V2Z or V1M. If your address is outside this area, you can choose shipping for eligible products to supported Canadian destinations, or local pickup.

You'll receive an email notification when I've finished preparing your order and it's out for delivery.  Upon delivery, your order will be placed outside of your front door unless you had already instructed me otherwise (in the Delivery instructions field during checkout) or if you reply to the order confirmation email and let me know before it's out for delivery.  I'll be happy to try and accommodate your wishes!

Local Pickup

📍 loveitlocal.ca is located in the East Clayton neighbourhood of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada

When I've finished preparing your order, you'll receive an email notification letting you know it's almost ready for pickup.

When you are ready to pickup, just respond to the email or message me on Instagram or Facebook (@loveitlocal.ca) with your order number and the date and approximate time you'll be by. Your order will then be ready for you in the basket by the front door.
