Shipping policy

Unfortunately, I do not (yet) offer shipping.  In the meantime...

Options

I would be delighted to either have you pickup your order or I can deliver it right to you if you're local!  During checkout (under Delivery method), choose either Ship for local delivery or Pick up.  See below for more on each option.

Local Delivery

Delivery is a flat-fee of $3.00 or free with an order over $75.00.

The local delivery area includes:

📍 City of Surrey;
📍 City of White Rock;
📍 City of Langley; and
📍 Most of the Township of Langley.

To qualify for delivery, you must enter a postal code that begins with V4A, V4N, V4P, V3R, V3S, V3T, V3V, V3W, V3X, V3Z, V4B, V3A, V2Y, V2Z or V1M.  If you enter a postal code during checkout that is not listed here, it means you are unfortunately outside of my delivery area and your only option is to pickup.  In that case, please note that you'll have to return to the Information page (where you enter your Shipping address in the checkout process) and choose Pick up as the Delivery method or else you might find yourself in a bit of an endless loop! 😬

You'll receive an email notification when I've finished preparing your order and it's out for delivery.  Upon delivery, your order will be placed outside of your front door unless you had already instructed me otherwise (in the Delivery instructions field during checkout) or if you reply to the order confirmation email and let me know before it's out for delivery.  I'll be happy to try and accommodate your wishes!

Local Pickup

📍 loveitlocal.ca is located in the East Clayton neighbourhood of Surrey, British Columbia, Canada

When I've finished preparing your order, you'll receive an email notification letting you know it's almost ready for pickup.

When you are ready to pickup, just send me an email (orders@loveitlocal.ca) or message me on Instagram or Facebook (@loveitlocal.ca) with your order number and the date and approximate time you'll be by. Your order will then be ready for you in the basket by the front door.
